  OUR STAFF

Meet our Staff.

Listed below is a listing of our staff members, their respective areas of responsibilities and email addresses.

Pam Harpster
Pam has attended the Vineyard Tuttle Crossing for over four years and joined our staff in 2006. A jack of all trades, Pam helps keep the Vineyard church operations in order. With a passion for Vineyard worship and a beautiful singing voice, Pam recently became a member of the Vineyard Tuttle Crossing worship team. When Pam isn’t keeping things organized at the Vineyard, she is busy with her eight children and ten grandchildren. Pam@vineyardtc.org

John and Cathy Lieb
John and Cathy helped plant Vineyard Tuttle Crossing in the early 1980’s. John grew up in Houston, Texas and serves as VTC Senior Pastor. Cathy grew up in New York City and serves on staff in ministry development. Before helping plant VTC, John and Cathy spent several years crisscrossing the United States with the Agape Force, a national outreach ministry, sharing the Gospel in beaches, parks, high schools, universities, detention centers and jails. Their great desire is to see VTC become a church that reaches unchurched people, helping them to become followers of Jesus who love God, connect with people, serve their city and multiply more disciples, ministry teams, leaders and plant churches. Cathy passionately enjoys people, decorating and finding great deals on Craig’s List. John loves reading, watching movies and working with his hands on the many projects Cathy dreams up. john@vineyardtc.org, Cathy@vineyardtc.org

Lisa Mooney
Lisa leads our Children’s Ministry and Food Pantry Ministry. Lisa has been a member of our church for ten years and had been a volunteer for both our food pantry and our Children’s Ministry for many years prior to joining our staff in 2007. Lisa also completed the Vineyard Leadership Institute training in the Spring of 2008. Besides studying and working at the Vineyard, Lisa is a busy wife to husband, Steve and “Super Mom” to four rambunctious boys, Jakob, Austin, Mason and Garrett. Lisa@vineyardtc.org

Maggie Nowland
Maggie had a radical encounter with the Lord in Mejagoria, Yugoslavia in the early 1980s where God made Himself real to her in a powerful way. Upon returning, Maggie began serving with the Holy Rosary Family Homeless Shelter where God stirred a passion for serving those in need. Since coming to Vineyard Tuttle Crossing in 1994, Maggie has traveled to Brazil and Argentina with Healing Evangelist Randy Clark and to Mozambique to serve with Heidi Baker. After a Youth with A Mission (YWAM) trip to central India in 2000 where Maggie was part of evangelistic teams going into poor, rural villages, she decided it was time to bring the Kingdom of God to the poor here in Columbus. She joined with The Potter’s House Church of God serving at The Open Shelter and Friends of the Homeless. In 2001 Maggie launched Mercy Project which, among many things, serves the women of Rebecca’s Place, an inner city women’s shelter. Maggie’s heart is to see the Kingdom of God released on the streets of Columbus, to proclaim the good news of Jesus by demonstrating his love, mercy and power in real and impactful ways. Jason Nowland
After knowing Jesus as a child, Jason became a prodigal through his young adulthood. In 1992 the love of God in Vineyard Worship times drew him into a powerful experience of “coming home” to God and he has been at Vineyard Tuttle Crossing ever since. Jason has taught Sunday School, helped organize and lead a YWAM evangelistic crusade in Delaware, led two church teams on mission trips to India, been a small group leader and currently serves with his wife Maggie and Mercy Project ministering to the poor in Columbus. Jason’s heart is to see people encounter God in real and powerful ways, and see people grow in their “reality in God”. He is passionate about seeing the Kingdom of God manifest on the streets, in the marketplace and even in church meetings. Jason@vineyardtc.org

Rick Vannatta
Rick has attended VTC since the early 1980s and became part of our church staff in 2005. A world traveler, Rick definitely knows how to have a good time — which makes him ideal for his staff responsibilities of overseeing our ministry to teens and young adults. A Columbus native, Rick has been a Believer most of his life and has traveled the world spreading the gospel. Rick became involved a decade a go in the Impact World Tour (IWT), a ministry that works under the umbrella of Youth with A Mission (YWAM). Rick met his wife Melanie in New Zealand when they both attended the YWAM Discipleship Training School. Soon after they married, they were leading evangelism teams traveling the world, telling people about Jesus and seeing thousands saved by His amazing grace, including trips to such far away places as Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Brazil, Finland, Australia and New Zealand. After serving several years in YWAM, Rick and Mel returned to the U.S. to attend the Vineyard Leadership Institute, and serve as VTC Interns. Rick and his wife Melanie are the proud parents of three children, Lillian, Lukas and Laydan. Rick@vineyardtc.org
